Yoga Retreat

The seminar lasts seven days, with three hours of practice in the morning and two hours of practice in the afternoon, except for Wednesday, which is a free day. Guests will have ample time to relax and discover the property & its surroundings.

Four of your evenings will include a moment of yoga theory, during which you will delve deeper into the connection between yoga practice on the mat and the philosophy of yoga- specifically the resonance of various practices upon your mental, physiological and energetic state- and how all of these intertwine seamlessly and naturally with the teachings of Pataῆjali (the science of yoga).

Cultivating these ”less well-know aspects of the origins” and the philosophy of yoga during your practice on the mat, you will learn how to integrate them into your daily life, transforming exercise into a profound instrument for reaching inner peace and peace with the world around you.

Trekking & Yoga

The Trekking and Yoga experience is a day trip that takes place within the Pietraporciana Nature Reserve within southern Tuscany.

Yoga & Wine

Enclosed in the Tuscan countryside, in a garden surrounded by vineyards overlooking the old family farmhouse of Tenuta Valdipiatta the practice of the ancient discipline of yoga is combined with a light wine tasting.
